For the past eight years, Jeffrey has produced and engineered a diverse variety of recording sessions.
Jeffrey graduated with honours from the Studio Recording Techniques from Grant MacEwan University in 2009. Throughout his studies, Jeffrey had the opportunity to explore production and engineering under the guidance of acclaimed producer, engineer and professor Colin Lay.
Jeffrey has had the opportunity to further develop and diversify his skills by working independently and in collaboration with various producers from all levels of the recording industry. In 2012, Jeffrey became a staff producer and engineer at Sound Extractor Studios in Edmonton, which saw him work closely with award winning and Juno nominated producer Stew Kirkwood. His time at Sound Extractor allowed him to hone his craft in a fast-paced commercial recording studio working with a number of local and internationally recognized clients.
Jeffrey aspires to further develop his portfolio as a Producer and Engineer. So far, his portfolio includes a wide variety of artists from across Canada. Many of these projects have had notable success on radio charts, have been used in film, and have received accolades from both written and online press.
Jeffrey’s recent sessions and production credits include: Post Script, Altameda, Cayley Thomas, Lucette, Ancient Underground, The Denim Daddies, Stepmothers, Carrie Day, Tasman Jude, Alex Vissia, Tropic Harbour, The Fight, Caity Fisher, Anzu, and many more.
